The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimberly over on the Caffeinated Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news of what happened in your life, what’s coming up on your blog, or recap posts shared.

Tomorrow at work, starts our week of hell, otherwise known as our annual planning session for my department. We are a relatively small department with only 18 of us, with management included in said count. For this time, we are basically locked in a room for roughly 3 days. It’s fun, but draining. We are usually dead tired by the end.

We also have a team outing, for fun and a kind of team building. This year, we purchased company shirts to wear on our outing and added our department name to them. There was some heavy discussion about laundering them before they are worn, as I get the impression based on responses and comments, most of my team does not launder their clothes before wearing them the first time. So we had that debate. Our Director, was also worried about color run, since our department name is in white and the shirts are a deep blue, she was worried the blue would run into the white lettering. She also brought up a good point of what if some of our team has laundry allergies. Turns out there are a few with laundry allergies, or skin sensitivities to detergent. So glad I asked. I’m just kicking myself because I didn’t realize I had special detergent hiding on the shelf, and ended up buying more. ?

Reading has not really been happening, or at least not much from my chosen TBR. I got a bit stressed with all the stuff going on, some at home, some at work, and so I listened to a bunch of the in death stories by J.D. Robb. I was also kicking myself, I had pre-ordered a copy of Vendetta in Death by J.D. Robb and I missed it’s appearance in my Audible library when it was released on September 3, so I just listened to it this past week…twice.
