It wasn’t easy, but we have survived our annual planning session. I must say though, when I got home after the last day of our planning session I basically crashed. I was very exhausted and from the stories I heard, most of the team did the same. In all, we learned a lot, had some great presentations – I would say the one by a Director from one of the other business units was my favorite – and we saw a bit of what may be coming next year.
I’m struggling with my TBR. I had a bit of high stress this month and so have been reading the books I thought would help. None, of course, were on my TBR. We shall see how October goes.
