Sunday Post #14 – Still catching up

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kim over on Caffeinated Reviewer.

So I may finally be off my King’s Dark Tidings kick, at least as far as reading them over and over and over…you get the idea. I’ve still been thinking about Kingdoms of Chaus and what may happen in the book. It is still an obsession. Generally speaking I think I have some ideas, and the description lends support to at least one of my ideas.

I still have several books going at once, including Legends of Ahn, but I’m happy to confess, I haven’t listened to it in a few days. I promise I’ve been working on listening to Well of Ascension by Brandon Sanderson.

Things have been crazy at work. The year end crunch has already started, and some new projects have come up. That and I am trying to make a conscious effort to put more effort in to reading and posting here, on YouTube, and Instagram. Creating content is what makes me happy, and I believe you should do what you love.

New to my Personal Library

I think this should bring us current.

    1. Yes! 🙂 Never too late to make dreams reality. It took me a while to figure out what it was I really wanted.

  1. I heard Ready Player One was a good movie. Have you seen it? I’ve never read Mark Lawrence or Brandon Sanderson. It looks like you like Scifi/fantasy. If you are obsessed about Kings Dark Tidings, I guess it’s worth a shot. I believe you 🙂 Spells, Salt and Steel looks good too. Take care!

    1. Ready Player One is a good movie, unless you literally just finished the book. I reread it via the audiobook for Booktubeathon and then watched the movie within minutes after finishing the book. I enjoyed the movie, but I couldn’t help but go “WTF, did they keep anything from the book?” because so much had changed. Prince of Thorns is my first Mark Lawrence book, but I’m enjoying it so far. I hope you do try out the Kings Dark Tidings series, and hope you enjoy it. 🙂

    1. I hope work doesn’t get too crazy too! Last year about this time is when I started losing more and more of my free time. Sleep may need to suffer so I can read all those books! 😉
