Becca's 48-hour Bookoplathon took place over the weekend of May 21-22. This readathon is particularly special, and I'm sure stressful for Becca, because it is live on YouTube for the full 48 hours. With the help of many hosts, each takes a turn hosting a 4-hour block with chatting, maybe some games, and then reading… Continue reading Becca’s Bookoplathon Wrap Up
I love participating in Dewey's readathon because of the great community feeling around reading. It's also very chill. There's no reading goal, unless you give yourself one. I can't say how many times now I've participated, because it's been a while. Even when I wasn't necessarily posting here or on YouTube, I was participating in this readathon. I'm very excited to get started.
Monthly TBR Well, I don't know who I am anymore. I haven't really been reading, but since I did so well in June with Whateverathon, I thought I would participate in some readathons in September. I have decided to participate in both Becca's Bookopolathon, and G's Magical Readathon. So far my habit this year is… Continue reading September TBR
Hour 5 Good morning, afternoon, or evening. I hope you have all been having fun, and/or enjoying your time reading. I am checking in here on my phone as my laptop is having power issues. It doesn't seem to recognize the power cord unless the cord is bent in a very specific way. Since I… Continue reading Dewey’s Readathon April 2021
When a readathon is approaching, there is often a feeling of excitement and anticipation of the enjoyment of reading all those books you've set aside to read. Before you've even set aside those books for reading there is something you should consider.
The Tome Topple is a readathon created by Sam from Thoughts on Tomes. This next round will be from August 8 - August 21. The idea behind the readathon is for you to read books over 500 pages. There are prompts you can do, or just pick up one of those large intimidating books from… Continue reading Sunday Post #73: Tome Topple 12
I am participating in Becca's BookopolAthon this weekend, hoping this will help pull me out of the slump I'm in.
Hour 5 Getting a slow start and not much reading has happened so far. I got out of bed a little past the start of the readathon and started listening to Assassin's Apprentice by Robin Hobb. We've been out and about though for a few hours and haven't done much reading since my earbuds cord… Continue reading Dewey’s 24 hour Readathon
This will be my first time participating in the O.W.Ls in April, part of the Magical Readathon created by G from the YouTube channel Book Roast. You can see her announcement video which also contains all the links needed to participate in this month long readathon.
Primary TBR for the readathon. Wonderment In Death is my backup if Dark In Death doesn't mention a real book. Hour 9 Getting a late start to the day. It is storming and raining hard this morning. So it's dreariness on top of dreariness, and the bed was just so comfy and warm...I stayed wrapped… Continue reading Bookie Trials Royal Weekend
